Getting set up

Connect the scope

Plug your Siglent oscilloscope into your LAN via its rear Ethernet port.

Enter the IP

On the oscilloscope: Utility → I/O → LAN, then type that address into SiglentRemote's Settings.

Tap Connect

Status turns to Connected — Controls, Monitor, Screenshot, Live and Waveform are all yours.

Oscilloscope	Any SCPI-compatible Siglent oscilloscope with LAN/TCP port 5025 enabled — the Siglent SDS1202X-E and the wider SDS1000X-E series are the primary target.

No. SiglentRemote is an independent, third-party project and isn't affiliated with Siglent Technologies Co., Ltd.

Do I need an internet connection? +

No — SiglentRemote only needs your local network. It talks directly to the oscilloscope over TCP/IP; nothing goes out to the internet.

How does the free trial work? +

Every feature is unlocked for 7 days from first launch, on iPhone/iPad, Mac and Apple TV. After that, a one-time purchase unlocks the app for good — no subscription, no recurring charges.

Does the app collect my data? +

No accounts, no analytics, no tracking. SiglentRemote communicates only with the oscilloscope on your local network.
